Blast at the Beach!

Well, as we crossed the causeway into Galveston, it was pouring so hard we could barely see! Didn't look like we would be going to the beach any time soon, but the storms moved on and we had a blast!

Since it was raining, we headed over to the Aquarium at Moody Garden.

Yeah! We made it to the beach later that evening and the next 2 days.

It took us a while to talk Seth into laying on his belly, but once he did, he had a blast.

Seth found a group of kids to play with on the beach. They were so sweet to him.

Before we headed home we took a ride on the paddle boat at Moody Garden. It was really slow!!

Friend filled weekend

Whew! What a busy weekend! We had 2 friends come in from out of town so we spent the weekend catching up and letting the kids play. We can't wait until they come back!

We started out Thursday night with a cook out at Kylie and Sean's with one of my best friends, Sarah and Charlie. The kids (Bryson, Mason, Brady, and Seth) loved eating dinner outside!

Saturday morning was Isabel's 1st birthday party. Seth loved swimming in the hot tub. It was the perfect water level for him.

Isabel was a mess!! She almost ate her whole smash cake. She gets the award for the best cake eater!!

Seth loved giving Haddie (Buffy and EJ's precious girl) hugs. We had to pull his arms off after a few mintues. His hugs can get a little rough.

After the birthday party, we headed to Chuy's to eat lunch with Jennifer and Jeremy who were in town from Virgina. Here is Bradley, Bryanna, and Seth.

Seth loves to run around the tree at Chuy's. It would have been great entertainment if it wasn't 105 degrees outside.

Mall Madness

We headed to the Mall today to meet up with some of my "teacher friends" and their kids. It was so nice to see and visit with them outside of school.

Happy Birthday Mimi and America

This Sat., we celebrated Mimi's birthday and the fourth of July together!! It was hot, but we had tons of fun!!

Getting the Wiggles out

Today, Seth and I went to the Wigglies play center with two of my friends from work that have boys the same age as Seth. They had so much fun getting the wiggles out!
